For those customers who wish to delay the payment of their order, or wish to spread the cost of their order over a period of time, we have teamed up with Klarna™ to offer 0% interest free finance and Buy Now, Pay Later options. If you choose Buy Now, Pay Later, you will have 30 days to pay Klarna™ once your order has been dispatched, and you’ll get a reminder before payment is due. Alternatively, you can split your purchase into three equal payments. The first installment will be taken from your card when you place your order. The last two payments will be automatically charged 30 and 60 days later. Don’t worry though, Klarna™ will notify you when each of these payments will be taken.

DELIVERY FAQ’s

We typically process orders on the same day we receive them, provided you order before 2pm on a working day. The time it takes for your items to arrive will depend on your location and the delivery service available. Many of our cabinets are heavy and are delivered by specialist courier. Delivery is unless specified, a kerbside service only. Where this is the case, our couriers are not under any obligation to help you move your cabinet beyond the kerbside – however we do usually find they are more than willing to help. Delivery, position and fixing services are available on select brands of cabinets. These services are offered by contracted specialist cabinet couriers and installers, and if available, will be detailed on the product page on this website. It is important that you supply a contact telephone number during the checkout for the courier to use should they require it.

Gun cabinet deliveries are a specialist undertaking and you are therefore likely to incur a delivery charge, should you be unable to accept delivery on the agreed delivery date. If your circumstances have changed and are not currently in contact with the courier directly, please email sales@guncabinetsonline.co.uk detailing your order number. We will liaise with the courier to ensure the delivery of your cabinet can be rearranged at a new time that is convenient to you.

Yes. During the checkout process, you will be given the option to request your order is delivered to an address other than your billing address.

Refunds & Exchange FAQ’s

We offer a no quibbles 14 day return policy as standard. Many of our gun cabinets however are made to order, or can be customised as part of your order to meet your unique security requirements. In cases like these, we would be unable to offer a refund or exchange unless the cabinet was identified by our team as being faulty at the point of delivery. Dependent on the cabinet you choose, each manufacture offers their own warranty service where faulty good claims can be raised. We generally process returns the same working day we receive them into one of our fulfillment centres. Any refund that you have requested will be credited back to your original payment method used at the time of ordering. Refunds to debit and credit cards generally arrive within 3-5 working days – dependent on your banks processing time.

It is the customers responsibility to cover the cost of returning an item to us. If you are returning all of your order, we will refund the original delivery cost as part of the returns process. If you chose one of our specialist services or delivery and position service, we will unfortunately, be unable to refund these charges. We strongly recommend that all items that are being returned to us are sent using a insured and tracked method of delivery. We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage that occurs in transit situations.

We pride ourselves on only working with the best gun cabinet manufactures and as a result, faulty items are rare. If however you feel that one of your items is faulty, please email our team directly (sales@guncabinetsonline.co.uk) with your order information and details of the fault. Images or videos of the fault where possible can usually help us deal with the issue quickly and are always worth including in your email where appropriate. Our customer service team will liase with the manufacture to ensure the fault can be dealt with as quickly as possible. If a fault is found, we will arrange for either a repair, full refund or exchange. If a fault it not found, the item will be returned to you at your own cost.
