All orders delivered to the UK mainland are eligible for our standard kerbside service that is included free of charge. This service aims to deliver within 5-7 working days. Orders are dispatched through the Palletways network and will be delivered by your local depot provider. We cannot provide live tracking information for this service currently, however we will ask your local courier to contact you prior to making a delivery attempt.

For customers who wish to receive their order sooner, we offer an express kerbside service which aims to deliver within 3-4 working days. The delivery of gun cabinets are a specialist undertaking and as such, the service provides an aim of when we hope to ensure a delivery attempt is made, however we cannot guarantee this. You order will be prioritised for dispatch and will be delivered to you by your local Palletways network depot. If you have a preferred delivery date in mind, please tell us this during the checkout and we will endeavor to accommodate this.

We are able to dispatch cabinets to the Channel Islands, however this depends on the cabinet you choose. We are unable to supply some brands to the Channel Islands due to distribution restrictions. In any case, we can deliver your cabinet to a nominated freight forwarder at your arrangement, which many of our Channel Islands customers choose to do. For further information or to find out what cabinets we can deliver directly to you without the use of a freight forwarder, please speak to a member of our team.

Many customers choose to have their cabinet delivered through their own nominated freight forwarder. We can arrange delivery to your freight forwarder and provide the necessary customs documentation including a sales invoice to ensure a smooth process.
